Terms and requirements

Thank you for choosing Hotel Grammy Bansko for your vacation!
The hotel policies are prepared in accordance with the current legislation in Bulgaria. By using all services at the hotel, you agree to our activities related to the processing of personal data and video surveillance.

Hotel Grami Bansko guarantees the protection of the information and personal data provided. We also reserve the right to terminate services to guests who violate these rules and do not comply with hotel policies.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in is after 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 12:00 PM. If you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM, please inform us.

When requesting check-in before 14:00 or check-out after 12:00, we need information to confirm whether it is possible to fulfill the request. In some cases (guest will be notified in advance) the hotel reserves the right to charge late check-out fees. It is 30% of the cost of the night’s stay for check-out until 5:00 PM and 50% for check-out after 5:00 PM (without overnight stay).

Upon check-in, all guests are required to present valid identification documents in order to complete registration.

The service staff checks all rooms before check-in and after check-out. Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to the rooms and will be charged accordingly.

PET ACCOMMODATION
The hotel allows pets. The accommodation fee is 20 BGN (10.23 EUR) per day for pets up to 8 kg and 30 BGN (15.34 EUR) per day for pets over 8 kg. The conditions for accommodation of guests with pets are:
● All necessary immunization and registration documents must be presented;
● Pets must have excellent hygiene habits;
● Disturbing the rest of the hotel guests is not allowed;
● Pets are not allowed in the restaurant lounge and garden, as well as in the relaxation area or the outdoor pool area.

All property damage or bodily injury caused by pets is the responsibility of their owners.

ROOM CLEANING
Rooms are cleaned between 9:00 and 16:00 every day. Towels are changed on the third day of the stay. In case a guest requests a change outside the schedule, the hotel charges a fee. Linen change is done after the third night.

RESTAURANT OPENING HOURS

Guests with prepaid packages:
Breakfast during winter season /December – March/ – 7:30 – 10:00 AM
Dinner during winter season /December – March/ – 6:30 – 8:30 PM
Breakfast /April – November/ – 8:00 – 10:00 AM
Dinner /April – November/ – 7:00 – 9:00 PM
Lunch (for all inclusive package) 12:30 – 2:00 PM
Afternoon (for all inclusive package) 4:00 – 5:00 PM

Buffet meals are organized for a minimum of 20 guests.

LAUNDRY AND IRONING
Upon request, we provide laundry and ironing services for guests’ clothes and linen. The service is available 24 hours a day, and the hotel charges a fee.

SAFEGUARDING
The hotel has a safe at the reception. The rooms do not have a safe. Therefore, the hotel is not responsible for valuables and money left in the room or other premises.

PARKING
The hotel has free parking. The hotel is not responsible for any damage to cars in the parking area. Advance reservations for parking spaces are not allowed.

RELAX CENTER
The hotel has a salt room, sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, indoor heated pool with jacuzzi effect, year-round outdoor heated pool with hydro-jet and children’s section and massage room. During the summer season, a garden with sun loungers and umbrellas with an outdoor children’s corner is available. The services included in the service prices are a salt room, sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin and pools. The services that are not included in the price of the accommodation are the various types of massages and therapies. Prices are provided on the hotel website, at reception and in all rooms. The use of sun loungers and umbrellas during the summer season is free of charge, but advance reservations are not allowed.

The relaxation center is open from 10:00 to 19:00.

SKI WARDROBE
The hotel has a free ski wardrobe for storing guests’ ski equipment. Therefore, it is not permitted to store ski equipment in the rooms, nor to wear ski boots in the rooms, restaurant or public areas.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES
It is not permitted to move or remove furniture from the rooms.
It is not permitted to store objects and materials that are dangerous to the health or life of others.
Smoking is not permitted in the rooms and indoor areas of the hotel. If such a violation is found, a fee will be added to the bill. Violation of accepted norms of behavior, as well as aggressive behavior of guests, is not permitted.
It is not permitted to park cars in a place that would impede the free movement of others.
