The price is based on one night per person and includes appropriate meals, relaxation area with heated pool, sauna, steam bath and infrared cabin, ski locker for storing your own ski and snowboard equipment, parking on the hotel grounds, wireless internet connection throughout the hotel , resort tax, travel insurance and VAT.

Festive New Year’s dinner:
Guests with BB package BGN 70 for an adult and BGN 35 for a child from 7 to 12 years old.
Guests with HB package BGN 50 for an adult and BGN 25 for a child from 7 to 12 years old.
The dinner includes a festive five-course set menu and a disco host.

Advance booking:
The hotel requires a 50% deposit from the full reservation amount until one week after the booking confirmation.

Cancellation:
The guest can cancel the reservation free of charge until 30 days before arrival date
In case of cancellation according with the policy, the hotel refunds the deposit to the guest bank account, maximum in 15 days form the cancellation date.
In case of cancellation in 30 days before arrival, the deposit is nonrefundable, but it will be kept for later reservations in a period of one year.

Pets:
Fee for accommodation of pets – BGN 20 per day

Accommodation in an apartment is valid for four guests according to the attached price list and conditions. For stays of less than four guests, the amount for three adults occupying a regular bed will be charged.
Accommodation in a Deluxe room is valid for two or three guests according to the attached price list and conditions. When one guest is accommodated, the amount for two adults, accommodated in a regular bed, is paid.
