Feeding policy
overnight stay with breakfast and dinner

Additional conditions

Deposit, cancellations & modifications policies:

  • The hotel requires a 50% deposit from the full reservation amount until one week after the booking confirmation.
  • The guest can cancel the reservation free of charge until 30 days before arrival date
  • In case of cancellation according with the policy, the hotel refunds the deposit to the guest bank account, maximum in 15 days form the cancellation date.
  • In case of cancellation in 30 days before arrival, the deposit is nonrefundable, but it will be kept for later reservations in a period of one year.
  • In case of arrival date modification, the total reservation price also can be modified according to the actual price for the new booked period.

Additional conditions:

  • The hotel is pets friendly. Accommodation pets fee The hotel charges a fee of 20 BGN / 10.23 € per day for a pet's stay.
  • The minimum length of stay for the period is three nights.
  • The price for apartment is available for maximum 3 guests. If more than 3 guests are accommodated in an apartment, the extra bed price list is available.
  • Surcharge for ALL INCLUSIVE accommodation (HB accommodation + lunch and unlimited Bulgarian alcoholic beverages & soft drinks consumption) – 20 BGN / 10.23 € for adults and 10 BGN / 5.11 € for children 7 - 13 years old.
